Did you read the book "Dear John"?If you didn't read ,you would read.I want to talk about this novel.Its writer is Nıcholas Sparks who is the New York Times bestselling author.John Tyree,the main character of the book,grew up in North Carolina.He lived with his father who had a disorder,autism.His dad's one great passion in life was his den where he was with his coins.After gradution,John joined military.After he had come home,he went beach.He saw two girls walking up the pier .One of them knocked her bag off in sea.Then,John jumped into sea.( Maybe he showed his bravery to affect her. And I think it is useful.)After John retrived bag ,he walked with her.While they were walking ,they talked about each other.Savannah said that she worked with Tim who is her friend.They grew up together,they went to the same school and attended the same church and then they were at the same university.She was kind of like his sister.John fell in love with Savannah that he had met only the day before.They spent their time together until John went back military.(I can't understand how people fall in love so quickly.)Before John left ,Savannah gave him a letter.In it,she placed a photograph of herself and told how much love she felt for him.She wanted him not to forget her forever.The calls and letters between them were regular ,from the begining.(As the days passed his love for Savannah grow stronger.)On March 17,John and other soldiers fought aganist the Iraq army.After six weeks,there was a letter from Savannah.In her letter,she said that she loved him but lost magical bond that kept them together and she impliced she loved another man.(I think betrayal is the worst thing that can be done to a person in army.)When John read the letter,he felt angry and hated her.Seven weeeks later,his dad died and left coins to John.After his father's funeral he went Savannah's home.(In spite of every thing,he didn't give up loving her.)They talked and he learned she was married to Tim.After Tim's parents had died in accident ,he had to come back to care for his brother.Then,she came here to help him ,little by little they fell in love.The other day,John and Savannah went hospital to see Tim.Tim told John his illness.After a little talk,Tim said that "I owe you an apology." "I love Savannah.I know she loves me,but she has never loved me the way she loved you."(These sentences affect me so much that I felt very badly when I read.)Then,John left.John sold his dad's coins and deposited money in the account that had been set up for Tim's treatment.John wanted them to be happy. It is a very emotional and effective novel.After reading,you can't forget it easily.While you are reading,you feel yourself near them.You'll understand his desperation between army and love.Sometimes you'll be happy because of their love ,sometimes you'll have tears in your eyes.You 'll see a mosaic of feelings.
